Deburring | Deburring is necessary to remove edges fraying or splinters from workpieces. Burrs can occur during the manufacturing process of different workpieces and can impair the function of the end product. |
Dial | The dial is attached to the front of a watch or other hand measuring device to display values noted on it. In conventional mechanical watches sections of the dial are labeled with the hours. |
Double-disk grinding | Double-disk grinding enables machining of both sides of workpieces. The workpieces are passed between two grinding wheels in a workpiece carrier. Opposite surfaces are thus machined simultaneously which is why even large quantities can be produced quickly and cost-effectively. |
